Kogan Builders won the best home award for the 2 million plus category in the 2007 Parade of Homes! We also took the prize for best master suite. To top it off, the judges and parade staff said they have never seen such perfect scores before, and commented effusively on this well-designed and meticulously executed home. Needless to say the entire Kogan Team is very proud. The home is a design-build project and is cantilevered over a steep cliff on steel I beams.
